Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at tazfurnishing786@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return mailing address.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested and sent within 14 days of delivery.
- Item condition: New and unused only.
- Return method: By mail.
- Return label: Included in the package, free of charge.
- Restocking fee: 7% of the product price will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within the same 14-day period. Please contact us first to arrange the exchange process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

- Opened beauty or fragrance items
- Mattresses or bedding (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items and gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Claims made after this window may not be accepted.
